We are a husband and wife team based in Washington state. We decided to start an online business making fun stuff for infants and children because we like doing it so much for our own kids. This is our first retail business online or in the "real world." US Only For now, we only sell and ship to customers in the United States. Tax A sales tax of 8.2% will be charged to Washington state residents. Processing Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. If you choose to mail in your order, please allow 10-12 business days for processing and shipping. Shipping We ship everything we sell to US addresses only - via United States Post Office First Class Mail. It saves us an added cost - and we pass that savings on to you. Please include special instructions with your order if you would like it sent by an expedited method - we can bill you separately for it. Returns If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, we will gladly accept returns post-marked up to four weeks (28 days) after they have been sent (after the date we sent it to you). Your refund will go back to your bank account/credit card through PayPal. We are not responsible for any packaging supplies you have to buy, nor any shipping charges you pay to get the item(s) back to us. Repairs If properly cared for, your WhimsiClip™/hair clip/Snugglee Buddy™ should not break. They are not meant to be used as toys - and in the case of the WhimsiClip™, should not be attached to anything else except a pacifier. However, if your item should break within the first 60 days of receiving it, we will repair it for you. Just package it and mail it back to us. Just as with Returns, we are not responsible for any shipping or packaging charges to get your item(s) back to us. This and more can be found in our Terms of Service.
