Why do you only accept PayPal?

We don't accept any payment methods except PayPal because:

1) We could have you save your payment information here, but we don't want you to have to put your bank and credit card information all over the internet.

2) We have encryption and security on our site to protect your personal information. However, the security we have can't compare to PayPal's.

3) PayPal is the industry standard. Payments come either directly from your bank account or credit card. Referenced in #1 above - the more times you input your credit card/bank account information on websites, the bigger your chance of becoming a fraud victim. We want to reduce that risk by not accepting credit card payments directly. If you don't have a PayPal account, signing up is easy - just go to www.paypal.com (deliberately not hyperlinked because you should NEVER follow a link to a financial site - always type it in yourself or make it a bookmark/favorite in your browser).

Do you charge tax?

Washington residents must pay a sales tax of 8.2%. Residents of other states will not be taxed.

How long do orders take to process?

Most orders take 3-5 business days to process and ship. It's a rare occurrence because our stock levels are accurate, but should your order take longer to process, we will email you with the reason and when we expect to ship it.  If you choose to mail in your order, please allow 10-12 business days for processing and shipping.

Why do you only ship by USPS?

We offer free standard shipping USPS First Class Mail.  It saves us an added cost - and we pass that savings on to you.  Please include special instructions with your order if you would like it sent by an expedited method - we can bill you separately for it.
