WhimsiWhirl™ Double-Layer Skirts make the perfect addition to any little girl's wardrobe! These skirts are super cute, playful and whimsical. You can dress them up for going out or dress them down for play.

This skirt features a drop waist band and 2 skirt layers accented with coordinating hems. These skirts are perfect for all seasons. You can pair them with a tank top in the Spring and Summer -or- you can pair them with leggings and a long sleeved shirt in the Fall and Winter.
* Each skirt falls around the knee.
* Each skirt has a 1" elastic waist band sewn into a channel to prevent rolling.
* Each skirt has serged/finished seams for added durability and to prevent fraying.
* Each skirt is made from cotton fabric. (unless otherwise noted)
* Each skirt has a boutique label inside as well as a size/washing instructions label.
* This skirt features 2 separate layers of different fabric with coordinating hand-made bias strip hems.
