Do I need to register to order from Whimsical Dragonfly?
No, you do not need to register. We will need your contact information in order to ship your order to you. Please make sure everything is current in your PayPal account.

Why is my registration blocked?
If your registration is blocked, we apologize! We get at least 5-10 spammers and robots a day (and the number is growing) attempting to register on our site. Our registration is tied to StopForumSpam - a website that logs user names, email addresses, and IP addresses of spammers - which helps us block the bad folks. But it's not always foolproof. Please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your name, desired username, and email address and we'll email you back - usually within 24 hours - with a username and password.

Shipping
Each item (unless a custom order) is usually shipped out within a week of payment. After they ship, our goodies almost always arrive at their destination in 2-5 days. All items are shipped First Class via USPS. **All international & overseas orders are shipped First Class and should arrive in 5-9 days.

Exchanges and Returns
If for any reason you would like to exchange a product you have purchased, we would be more than happy to do that for you. Just send us back your product within 21 days of the date we shipt it and we will send you a replacement of your choice.

All of our goodies are nicely packaged and ready for gift giving. All labels and packaging is done completely by hand by me. All products have safety information included if it is needed.
All items purchased wholesale will be packaged with a label, instructions and safety information in clear polypropylene bags with a hang hole. This packaging is very professional looking and ready for store display.

We believe in and rely on word of mouth from happy, satisfied customers to promote our product. Because of that, there is NO obvious branding on any of our items.
